The ideal candidate will possess 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships with a strong bias toward scalable programs. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $170K to $200K.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, program management, or related fields.
• Experience presenting to Private Equity Operating Partners or portfolio executives.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize the PE landscape for Clay's GTM value.
• Build relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams.
• Design and execute scaled activation programs across portfolios.
