Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a PE Licensed Structural Engineer for a company based in Bessemer, AL. The role involves collaborating with 3D CAD and engineering software to develop structural designs for buildings and other infrastructures.

The position requires PE licensure and a bachelor’s degree. Revit experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32 inch. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with benefits and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and calculations for stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a PE Licensed Structural Engineer for a company based in Bessemer, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with 3D CAD and engineering software. Pay Rate

This range is strictly dependent on experience.

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 3 0 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create structural designs for buildings, and other infrastructures, ensuring compliance with local and international codes.
• Analyze pressures, stresses, and strains on structural components to ensure safety and durability.
• Work closely with Architects, Electrical engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural designs with overall project goals.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and calculations for stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

• MUST be able to read a tape measure accurately to a 32nd of an inch.
