Qualifications

• Licensed PE and at least 5 years in geotechnical engineering.
• Ability to lead geotechnical projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and client-collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from planning through completion, managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as primary technical and project contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Perform and oversee geotechnical analyses, designs, and interpretation of field/lab data.
• Plan and manage subsurface exploration programs and coordinate field operations.
• Prepare, review, and seal professional geotechnical reports.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development and client relationships.
