Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior PE NAV professional in Massachusetts to lead the production and delivery of accounting and administrative services for hedge and private equity clients. You will manage a growing team, allocate income, determine fees, and oversee NAV reporting at fund and portfolio levels.

You will also drive onboarding of new funds, ensure regulatory compliance, and design technology solutions to meet complex reporting needs while pursuing cross-sell opportunities and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• At least 5 to 6 years of Private Equity experience desired.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for alternative investment client relationships.
• Allocate income to investors and determine management and incentive fees per waterfall provisions; process capital events.
• Oversee portfolio and fund level accounting and NAV reporting.
• Lead onboarding of existing client funds and launch of new funds.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Design and champion tech solutions for complex reporting and data requirements.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in strategic working groups.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
