Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a financial services accounting professional to support the accounting and reporting functions for fund of fund vehicles and personal investment vehicles. The role will involve tax reporting across multiple partnerships and collaboration with a TPA.

The candidate will assist with admissions to funds, processing investor redemptions, and subscriptions/redemptions when funds invest or withdraw.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of public, fund, or corporate accounting experience
• Experience with hedge fund, private equity, real estate funds, or fund of fund structures

Responsibilities

• Broadly, support for the accounting and reporting function with respect to our fund of fund vehicles being administered by a TPA
• Personal investment vehicles maintained by firm owners
• Tax reporting and compliance across various limited partnerships
• Support with respect to admission of new members to our funds, as well as the processing and payment of investor redemptions
• Support with respect to the subscription and redemption process when our funds make investments or withdrawals/redemptions
• Support of the cash management across the legal entities
• Assistance with the annual audit process.
• Assistance with regulatory filings
• Special projects on an ad hoc basis
