Qualifications

• Mid-level associate with leveraged finance reps (LBO, acquisition finance, growth facilities).
• Strong drafting in credit docs and comfort negotiating directly with counterparties.
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required.

Responsibilities

• Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders on term and revolving facilities.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documentation.
• Run key deal workstreams and coordinate with corporate and sponsor teams through signing and closing.
