The PM is accountable for the week-to-week execution and management of assigned projects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk; while leading a production team and coordinating subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture; MBA preferred.
• Active professional licensure (P.E., RA, P.S.M.).
• Minimum 5+ years of A/E/C industry experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Develop and maintain the project plan with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage EWAs, scope and fee negotiation.
• Create and maintain Smartsheet; align with financial reporting.
• Lead a production team; weekly reviews and mentoring.
• Track labor budget vs actual; manage variances.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact; coordinate with PM and PQs.
• Prepare pre-bills, percent complete updates, and billing notes.
• Enforce safety and DOA; maintain project files.
