Talantir is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and Board in driving value creation for a PE-backed healthcare platform. The role requires leading all finance functions, scaling infrastructure, and delivering investor-grade reporting.

Ideal candidate has prior CFO experience in PE-backed healthcare, with direct exits and strong knowledge of reimbursement models, regulatory considerations, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Prior CFO experience within a private equity-backed healthcare organization.
• Direct involvement in a successful exit (sale to strategic, sponsor-to-sponsor, or recapitalization).
• Strong command of healthcare financial drivers including reimbursement models and regulatory considerations.
• Proven experience building scalable finance infrastructure in a growth environment.
• Deep understanding of EBITDA, cash flow optimization, and value creation planning.
• Board-facing executive with strong investor communication skills.
• Hands-on leader comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Build investor-ready financial reporting and board materials.
• Drive EBITDA expansion through discipline and KPI visibility.
• Partner with operations to improve margins, cash flow, and working capital.
• Support M&A evaluation, diligence, integration, and synergies.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance.
