Job summary

TALTRAN Global is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance and accounting function for a fast‑growing, PE‑backed platform in the Pacific Northwest. You will partner with the CEO and sponsor to scale reporting, forecasting and governance across multiple locations.

The role requires 10+ years of senior financial leadership, deep FP&A fluency, and hands-on execution in a buy‑and‑build environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership within PE-backed or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, KPI design and board-level reporting.
• Experience leading multi-location, multi-entity finance teams and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Own finance and accounting functions including reporting, budgeting and lender reporting.
• Build scalable financial reporting infrastructure and operating rhythm across locations.
• Lead FP&A, dashboards, long-range planning and investor-grade financial analysis.
• Prepare board packs and lender communications for PE sponsor and Board.
• Develop talent plan for finance function as company scales.
• Collaborate with CEO and corporate development on active M&A pipeline.
