Talantir is seeking a strategic and operationally sophisticated Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and Board in driving growth and value creation for a PE-backed healthcare platform. The CFO will lead all finance functions, build investor-ready reporting, and position the company for a liquidity event through EBITDA expansion, disciplined FP&A, and scalable financial infrastructure.

Prior PE-backed healthcare CFO experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior CFO experience within a private equity-backed healthcare organization.
• Direct involvement in a successful exit.
• Strong investor communication and board-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and revenue cycle.
• Build investor-ready financial reporting and board materials.
• Drive EBITDA expansion through financial discipline and KPI visibility.
• Partner with operations to enhance margin, cash flow, and working capital performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Support M&A evaluation, diligence, integration, and synergy realization.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks.
• Prepare the organization for a successful liquidity event.
