Taltran Global is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for a private-equity backed manufacturing business entering a multi-year growth phase. The CFO will build the infrastructure, controls, and world-class finance organization, reporting to the CEO and partnering with operations and private equity.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years in finance, direct manufacturing exposure, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in both a sophisticated and smaller, growth-focused environment.
• Direct manufacturing finance exposure with strong cost, inventory, and KPI understanding.
• Proven FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business-partnering capabilities.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and ability to oversee timely financial reporting.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial operating style with process-building ability.
• Collaborative communicator and strategic thinker able to influence CEO and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Build and professionalize the company’s financial infrastructure, controls, and monthly close cadence.
• Develop managerial and cost accounting capabilities for manufacturing, including unit economics and plant KPIs.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and long-range planning.
• Partner with operations on productivity, capacity, cost improvement, and performance initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement ERP system improvements and data integration.
• Support acquisition activity through due diligence, modeling, and post-close integration.
• Develop a high-performing finance organization across controllership and FP&A.
• Advise CEO on capital allocation, pricing, profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Establish strong reporting relationships with private equity sponsor and senior leadership.
• Help scale systems, controls, and processes to support growth.
