Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a comparable transaction-oriented role.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of M&A processes and transaction execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across the industrials and manufacturing sectors.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and returns analysis.
• Perform due diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational assessments.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda, presentations, and supporting transaction materials.
• Support transaction execution, including coordination with management teams, investment banks, consultants, and other external advisors.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth plans.
• Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify attractive investment themes and potential acquisition opportunities.
