Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation.

• Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify attractive investment opportunities.
• Support deal execution, including due diligence coordination, investment committee materials, and transaction structuring.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to ongoing value creation initiatives.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process.
