Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on inventory management and financial performance.
• Design and optimize standard costing systems.
• Develop frameworks for budgeting and performance evaluation.
• Mentor team members through coaching and feedback.

Skills

Extensive experience in inventory operations and accounting

Strong background in cost accounting

Experience with ERP systems

9+ years’ experience in FP&A

Manufacturing/distribution industry experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Education
