Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in manufacturing/production/operations with prior supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment with safety, quality, delivery focus.
• Experience with cable assembly or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (5S, standard work, root cause problem solving) is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
