This non-exempt role on the AM shift reports to the Production Supervisor. You will assign work, train staff, monitor quality, and ensure on-time cable assembly per SOPs and company metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Color differentiation for cables/wire.
• Basic computer/ERP usage for data entry and testing.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work duties to staff and ensure on-time orders.
• Supervise staff in supervisor's absence and update production schedules.
• Train new and existing employees on efficient production techniques.
• Enforce policies and monitor labor costs and staffing.
