Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician in the United States to repair dents on both steel and aluminum panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair methods. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience and work within Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers.

Candidates will handle larger dents, creases, and body lines, with access to state-of-the-art tools and a competitive wage plus comprehensive perks.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to heat/cold.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, gloves, and protective garments.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) using glue-pulling techniques and repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Work in Carvana Inspection Centers employing state-of-the-art tools.

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
