Job summary

Carvana is hiring Experienced PDR Technicians to join our inspection centers in the United States. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience and be capable of using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, crease and body line restoration, and dent repair on both steel and aluminum panels.

The role offers a 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) with a 10-hour shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, a pay range of $27–$35 per hour

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to use advanced glue-pulling techniques and repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Familiarity with body line restoration and crease repair within a high-volume shop.

Pay Range: $27 - $35 (Plus $1 Shift Differential)

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
