Carvana seeks an Experienced PDR Technician in Belton, MO for a night shift. You will use glue-pulling techniques, repair dents on steel and aluminum, and handle creases and body lines. Sign‑on bonuses apply based on level, with overtime as needed to meet delivery commitments.

• Schedule: 3:30pm to 2:30am (Night Shift)
• Days: Monday to Thursday (overtime on Fridays, as needed)
  • Sign-On Bonus of $6,000 for mid-level technicians (Level 2)
  • Sign-On Bonus of $8,000 for high-level technicians (Level 3)

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
