The role supports onboarding new products with an offshore team and maintains PDP health to drive conversion. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you work under the Senior Manager - PDP Optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years related experience in retail, site merchandising or marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze data and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on PDP standards and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and materials to merchants on PDP optimization.
• Use reporting/analytics to identify gaps and partner with merchants to improve PDP health.
• Coach offshore team on workflows, quality standards, and PDP creation across 100K+ products annually.
• Check image quality and perform light retouching (resize, crop, color match).
• Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
