Maxim Healthcare is seeking Private Duty Nurses (RN or LPN) to deliver one-on-one in-home care, building meaningful relationships with patients across pediatric to geriatric populations.

Choose from full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts. Training and clinical supervision provided to support high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Experience in private duty, home health, pediatric, or critical care preferred.
• Comfort with hands-on patient care and long-duration shifts.
• Current CPR certification and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide Personalized Care Where It Matters Most

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurses (RNs or LPNs) to deliver one-on-one, individualized care in the home setting. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable environment.

Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
• Schedule: Flexible shifts (day, night, weekend options available)
• Setting: Patient’s home
• Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric
• Care Type: One-on-one continuous care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care tailored to each patient
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with activities of daily living (as appropriate)
• Skilled care may include:
• Tracheostomy (trach) care
• Ventilator support (if applicable)
• Feeding tubes and nutritional support
• Wound care
• Diabetic management
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
