Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home care, delivering personalized nursing services to patients in their homes. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, and support planned care for individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year or more of nursing experience preferred.
