Job summary
Ball State University’s Psychoeducational Diagnostic and Intervention Clinic (PDIC) seeks a Director to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership. You will supervise graduate students, collaborate with School Psychology faculty, and guide program development and service delivery across diverse populations.

Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology or related field required.
- Licensed or eligible for Indiana licensure as a Psychologist.
- Experience in psychoeducational, psychological and behavioral assessments.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the PDIC.
- Supervise graduate students and support graduate training and accreditation.
- Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, materials, and records with HIPAA/FERPA compliance.
- Collaborate with Interprofessional Community Clinics and school psychology faculty.
- Engage with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners for outreach.
- Contribute to program development, budgeting, and quality improvement.
