FleetPride is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer service at a key U.S. branch.
You will oversee inventory controls, purchasing, invoicing, and cycle counts, while managing accounts receivable and collaborating with credit teams to improve profitability and cash flow. Strong leadership and market development skills are essential for success.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting requirements. Driving branch sales growth through customer relationship management, territory planning, and sales meetings. Maintaining and expanding key customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Overseeing inventory management, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and cycle count accuracy. Managing accounts receivable and partnering with credit teams to reduce outstanding balances. Monitoring branch financial performance, expenses, and profitability metrics. Ensuring operational excellence, including order accuracy, customer service standards, equipment maintenance, and facility appearance. Leading day-to-day branch operations and serving customers directly when needed to maintain strong operational awareness and customer relationships. Background in heavy-duty truck parts, automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, construction, equipment, or related industries. Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer relationship and business development skills. Knowledge of inventory management, financial controls, and P&L performance. Proven ability to drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
