You will supervise warehouse, delivery, and service teams while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. The position requires a track record of improving inventory control, financial results, and service levels.

Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry. Hiring, training, coaching, and developing branch employees. Managing employee performance, scheduling, and workforce planning. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting requirements. Driving branch sales growth through customer relationship management, territory planning, and sales meetings. Maintaining and expanding key customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Overseeing inventory management, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and cycle count accuracy. Managing accounts receivable and partnering with credit teams to reduce outstanding balances. Monitoring branch financial performance, expenses, and profitability metrics. Ensuring operational excellence, including order accuracy, customer service standards, equipment maintenance, and facility appearance. Leading day-to-day branch operations and serving customers directly when needed to maintain strong operational awareness and customer relationships.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck parts industry or a closely related distribution environment. At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience leading sales, warehouse, delivery, and operational teams. Proven track record of managing branch operations, inventory, customer service, and financial performance. Experience growing sales, developing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain high-performing employees. Ability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Experience conducting performance evaluations, employee development discussions, and succession planning. Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining operational efficiency.
Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory controls. Ability to analyze financial reports, sales performance, accounts receivable aging, and branch profitability metrics. Experience managing budgets, controlling expenses, and driving EBIT growth. Strong understanding of branch safety programs, equipment maintenance, and compliance requirements.
Customer-centric leader who builds strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses. Ability to identify opportunities for market share growth and increased product penetration. Experience leading sales meetings, reviewing territory performance, and developing strategic customer plans. Comfortable engaging directly with customers and supporting sales efforts when needed.

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry parts weighing up to 60 pounds as required. Ability to work in warehouse and branch environments with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and outdoor conditions. OSHA-approved steel-toed footwear required.
