Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Fuel System Supervisor to lead the engineering team responsible for fuel system design, integration, and validation across the Mustang, Bronco, Ranger, and Explorer/Aviator vehicle lines. This role sits at the intersection of design engineering, manufacturing, and program management, ensuring that fuel delivery systems meet Ford's standards for safety, durability, emissions compliance, and customer satisfaction across a diverse portfolio spanning performance vehicles, off-road platforms, trucks, and SUVs.
The successful candidate will supervise a team of design and release engineers, coordinate with cross-functional partners (Powertrain, Body Exterior, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality), and serve as the technical authority for fuel tank, fuel delivery module, fuel lines, evaporative emissions, and refueling system components on these programs.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
