Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a PD Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health. You will drive strategic initiatives across the released product portfolio, including regulatory remediation, capacity expansion, and design improvements to support patients worldwide.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and program management excellence within a matrixed healthcare environment. Onsite four days a week at Rice Creek/Fridley, MN with <10% travel, and a track record in medical device development is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Or an advanced degree in Business, Engineering or Technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for assigned programs.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and strategic impact.
• Manage technical risks and issues by working with the technical team to develop and maintain risk burndown plans.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning and management to meet stakeholders' demands.
