Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Arizona RN license required.
• CPR certification; ACLS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Deliver age-appropriate bedside nursing per nursing process.
• Supervise and direct other healthcare staff as needed.
• Evaluate nursing practice to identify patient goals.
• Participate in hourly rounding.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and practices.
• May serve as charge nurse on shifts.
• Assess patients' comprehensive needs on admission and ongoing.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with realistic goals.
• Interpret data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Execute orders and ensure current status accuracy.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
