Qualifications
- 2 years nursing experience caring for Step Down level of care patients including cardiothoracic surgery patients, preferred.
- EPIC experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to intermediate care patients on PCU.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in real time.
- Prioritize tasks and uphold patient safety and quality outcomes.
