First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts across Hampton Roads, Virginia. Shifts available include 7a-7p and 7p-7a, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.
Choose your own shifts, enjoy daily/weekly pay options, and join a locally owned staffing team with 15+ years in the market. Per diem pay is competitive, with hospital-based opportunities and the freedom to work when it works for you.
Competenze
- Active Virginia RN License.
- Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years.
- Current AHA BLS.
- Current AHA ACLS.
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months.
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Mansioni
- As a PCU RN, provide high-quality patient care in acute-care hospital settings.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and rhythms.
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and infection-control standards.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
- Adapt to different hospital units and environments.
