Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license is required.
• 2 years of PCU experience within past 4 years.
• BLS certification current.
• ACLS certification current.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test current and vaccination or exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and patient status changes.
• Administering medications and IV therapies.
• Collaborating with physicians and care teams.
• Maintaining accurate EMR records.
• Following infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educating patients and families on care and discharge plans.
• Adapting to different hospital units and environments.
