First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking PCU RNs with Virginia licensure to join our flexible staffing team. You will assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, administer therapies, and collaborate with doctors across hospital units.

Offer includes per diem pay, the freedom to pick shifts, and the ability to work as little as one shift per month. Daily or weekly pay options are available to suit your schedule.

Competenze

• Active Virginia RN license and current clinical credentials.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience in the past 4 years.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Additional facility-specific credentials may be required.

Mansioni

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and patient status changes.
• Administering medications and IV therapies as ordered.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
• Following infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educating patients and families about care and discharge plans.
• Adapting to different hospital units and environments.
