First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts in Hampton Roads, Virginia. You control when you work by choosing shifts that fit your life, with favorable pay and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years.
• Active Virginia RN License required.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsabilidades

• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status.
• Administering medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Following infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educating patients and families regarding care and discharge plans.
