First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses for per diem hospital shifts across Hampton Roads, Virginia. You choose shifts that fit your life and schedule.

Take control of your career with FCN—daily or weekly pay options, and the flexibility to work as little as one shift per month. Requirements include Virginia RN license and current BLS/ACLS; per diem pay is competitive.

Formación

• Virginia RN License required; 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• Current QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Additional credentials may be required based on facility assignment

Responsabilidades

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in PCU units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and changes in patient status
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Follow facility infection-control and patient-safety standards
• Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge plans
• Adapt professionally to different hospital units and environments

Conocimientos

Virginia RN License

PCU nursing experience

AHA BLS

AHA ACLS

QuantiFERON-TB Gold test

COVID-19 vaccination or exemption
