You will coordinate assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to infection control and safety.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and patient care workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Perform patient assessments, document findings, and report condition changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects per standards of practice.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards.
• Document care thoroughly in medical records.
• Participate in performance improvement and compliance activities.
