Job summary

CHS Career Site is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process in a collaborative clinical setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinate with physicians and team members, and ensure safety and quality in daily routines.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, documentation, and participation in performance improvements. Missouri licensure is required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care are required.
• RN licensure in the relevant state or a compact license is required.
• BCLS certification is mandatory; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with nursing process.
• Document findings accurately, reporting changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects per standards.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code activities.
