The 7a-7p shift runs on a 13-week contract with open weekend rotation and no on-call duties. Candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, documentation accuracy, and effective communication with patients and families, while adhering to safety protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS and ACLS required prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PCU nursing care and continuous patient assessment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with safety and accuracy.
• Document care thoroughly and communicate with physicians, families, and team.
• Collaborate for patient placement, discharge planning, and transfers.
