Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA is seeking a Staff RN for a 0.9 FTE, day shift position on a hospital-based team. You will apply your nursing skills with a multidisciplinary approach and utilize the nursing process to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and WA RN licensure; 1 year acute care experience preferred, with MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP advanced degrees encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement.
• 1 year of experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and procedures.
