Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Auburn Medical Center in Auburn, WA. This is a staff RN position on 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

The role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and professional development within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a WA RN license, have BLS, and ideally BSN; ACLS/PALS/NALS or equivalent certifications may be required by the department.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington state or MLS endorsement.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS/NALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
