Job summary

Aura Health is seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in hospital settings. You will assess, monitor, and document patient conditions while collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients and families.

Flexible scheduling with shifts from 7a-7p or 7p-7a, per diem pay options, and easy mobile scheduling. Opportunities across local hospitals with no minimum weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required (Virginia).
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test up-to-date.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in PCU.
• Administer medications and therapies per orders.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormalities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection-control and safety standards.
• Join local hospitals through a flexible, per diem schedule.
