First Choice Nurses is expanding its PCU RN per diem program in Virginia. Join a hospital-based staffing team that lets you pick shifts that fit your life, with flexible per diem scheduling and the option for daily or weekly pay.

We seek experienced PCU RNs with an active Virginia license, BLS and ACLS, and recent PCU work. Expect competitive per diem pay and a supportive local team dedicated to safe patient care.

Qualificações

• Active Virginia RN license.
• 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years.
• AHA BLS Current.
• AHA ACLS Current.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test current.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor patients, document conditions.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
• Adapt to different hospital units and environments.
