Job summary

HCA Florida Westside Hospital seeks a PCU Charge RN to lead patient care in a fast-paced unit. You will collaborate with the management team to coordinate care, evaluate nursing practices, and mentor staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Key responsibilities include partnering with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating admissions/discharges, coaching staff, and supporting improved outcomes while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years of PCU experience required; charge relief experience preferred.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
