UAB Medicine is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support patient care under RN/LPN direction at our Alabama facility. You will accurately record vitals, weights, intake and output, and participate in a hospital training program to develop essential clinical skills.

Pay range: $15.50 - $19.50 / hour

To assume responsibility for certain technical aspects of patient care as directed by the RN/LPN for the hospital. To obtain and record vitals, weight, inputs and outputs. To successfully complete an in-house PCT training program. To demonstrate an awareness of patient and personal safety.
High School diploma or GED required. Certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within thirty (30) days of date of employment required.
