• If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a CNA, must be on the ND Nurse Aide Registry within four months of employment.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with work eligibility or be a student nurse with required coursework.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
• If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry upon completion of training/competency validation or a maximum of four months from the date of initial employment.
• If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or a student nurse, currently enrolled at a school approved by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, who has completed a basic nursing course and 16 hours of clinical experience.
