LCMC Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement and document care plans, ensure safety, and support patients and families with empathy and respect.
The role emphasizes hands-on nursing support, clear communication, and adherence to care standards to deliver an exceptional patient experience in Louisiana communities.
Your job is more than a job. Find your fire and be a part of something that appreciates and nurtures “you being you”. Isn’t that what every selfless caregiver, like you, deserves? It’s not a cakewalk being a Certified Nurse Assistant and at the end of your shift you feel the physical and emotional pangs of your caregiving. But it’s you're calling, and you wouldn’t trade it for the world. Your patients and families trust that you will be responsive, gentle and kind. It takes a special professional like you who has empathy for that feeling of helplessness when your patients can’t bathe, put on clean clothes, or eat without assistance. But you’ve got that special radar that can’t help but run towards those in need because you know there is no training for compassion or giving that little something “extra”. We love that about you. Your experiences, knowledge, skills, empathy, compassion, and your “little something extra” all add up to you. We love that about you. And we’re excited to get to know you and find out what you’ll bring to this hands-on, supportive nursing role.
