CORALVITA Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) / CNAs to join our clinical team in Richardson, TX. This full-time role supports patients under the supervision of RN/LPN/LVN, assisting with daily activities, vital signs, and timely reporting of changes in condition.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, mobility, documentation, and ensuring a safe, patient-centered environment while maintaining infection prevention and confidentiality

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant or PCT program, or CORALVITA's PCT training.
• Current BLS certification from CORALVITA-approved provider.
• Current CNA or PCT certification, as applicable to the state of employment, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility, positioning, and personal care.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other patient information as directed.
• Observe patients and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the licensed nurse.
• Provide delegated patient care and assist the nursing team during treatments, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Encourage patient comfort, safety, independence, and dignity throughout care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment while following infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards.
