Landmark Joplin is seeking passionate Patient Care Techs / Certified Nursing Assistants to join our hospital team. You will work alongside nursing, respiratory, and rehabilitation staff in an acute-care setting, delivering high-quality patient care to medically complex patients in a 17-bed LTACH and 12-bed Rehab unit.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1000 (depends on experience), plus a generous benefits package, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Certification (Certified Nursing Assistant for Missouri) preferred.
• Current BLS - Required upon hire.
• 1 year healthcare experience - hospital level preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic care skills under supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, intake/output, catheter care, CPR, restraint management, and documentation.
• Assist licensed nurses in meeting patients' needs across hygiene, skin care, grooming, rest, activity, nourishment, body mechanics, elimination, and psychosocial support.
