Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) for the 5 West-Marymount Hospital Complex Medicine Unit. The PCNA will provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN, support admission and daily activities, and help maintain a welcoming, healing environment for adult medical-surgical patients on a telemetry unit.

Qualificações

• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, or must obtain during hire period.
• Nursing students may substitute the clinical rotation for required experience.
• Military experience (Hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic, M&S technician) will be considered.
• Proficient in applied mathematics & reading comprehension at an eighth-grade level.
• Preferred: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA).

Responsabilidades

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental or emotional conditions to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients' rooms clean and orderly.
