University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a dedicated PCNA/administrative support to assist the RN, perform basic patient care, and help maintain efficient unit operations.

This role involves compassionate patient interactions, adherence to safety and PHI policies, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. You may also assist with billing and training new staff as part of daily responsibilities.

• Assists with billing functions as needed.
• Onboards and trains new team members.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic patient care tasks as delegated by the RN and assist in the plan of care.
• Provide compassionate interactions with patients, families, and peers.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Ensure a safe environment in patient rooms and on the unit.
• Assist with stocking and ordering supplies for patient care.
• Support unit communication and operations, and assist with onboarding.
