Job summary

NAFI Connecticut seeks a dedicated Therapist to join our Outpatient Clinic. You will provide traditional outpatient therapy while specializing in PCIT for young children (ages 2–7) and collaborate closely with families to improve communication and behavior.

The role offers clinical growth, program development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO and retirement planning. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $66,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field required.
• License eligible for applicable clinical licenses (LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPCA).

Responsibilities

• Provide dual-focus care by balancing a general outpatient caseload with PCIT-specific cases.
• Partner with individuals, young children, and families to strengthen relationships and manage behaviors.
• Deliver evidence-based PCIT techniques to support children with tantrums, aggression, or emotional regulation difficulties.
• Participate in program development and evolution of outpatient clinic services.
